The SCUBAPRO Mako Stainless-Steel Diving Knife is an excellent general-purpose dive knife that is small enough to easily strap to a leg or forearm but still large enough to handle confident cutting. SCUBAPRO's hard-tempered stainless-steel blade is tough, long-lasting, and resistant to surface oxidation. The multi-function blade includes a serrated edge for sawing through rope, a conventional edge for making clean slicing cuts, a line-cutting notch, and even a bottle opener. The large handle provides a secure grip, with plenty of gripping area and a thumb guard to prevent the knife from slipping. To easily release the knife, there is a unique locking mechanism on the sheath that can be operated with just one hand.
